According to Howard Gardner's theory, each boy or girl would be unique in terms of intelligence, the result of the combination of the eight types that he himself describes and their possible grades (high, intermediate and / or low). That is, for example, a child's intelligence could be described as high in interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic skills, intermediate in musical and mathematical skills, and low in language, visuospatial, and body skills. Not just describing the child's abilities and / or abilities in a general way as good or bad.
Next, we will show you how to identify and how to easily train from home one of the most promoted and most demanded intelligences in school, the mathematical logical intelligence.
But first, we are going to carry out what is known as the 'logical-mathematical intelligence test', to evaluate the degree of intelligence that the child possesses. To do this, you will only need paper and pencil to write down and add the points of each of the 10 questions on a scale from 0 to 3, following the following classification:
- 0 points: the question does not identify the child at all.
- 1 point: the question minimally identifies the child.
- 2 points: the question quite identifies the child.
