Zebra cake. Fun Recipe for Snack

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 250 ml of sunflower oil
  • 450 gr of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 25 gr. chocolate powder
  • Butter spread

1- The first thing, put the oven to heat to 180 degrees.

2- In a bowl, add the whole eggs and the sugar. Beat everything until a whitish mass is obtained, with a mixer or by hand.

3- Add the milk, oil and vanilla extract. Beat again.

4- When everything is well mixed, add the flour together with the yeast, sifted. Beat again for two to three minutes, until the dough is very smooth.

5- Spread a mold with butter or margarine and then sprinkle with a little wheat flour.

6- Pour half of the mixture into another bowl and add 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate. Shake.

7- To assemble the cake you have to put two tablespoons (soup) of the clear mixture in the center of the mold. Next, two tablespoons of the dark mixture, and continue to rotate each mixture until they are finished. You will notice that several alternating rings are formed in the mold.

8- Take the mold to the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until you notice that the cake is done, inserting a toothpick in the center. It should come out clean. Wait for the cake to cool down to unmold it.
