- 5 tomatoes
- 3 chicken fillets
- 2 glasses of milk
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- Grated cheese for gratin
- Salt and oil
1- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Reserve.
2- Salt and chop the chicken fillets. In a frying pan, with a little oil, fry them until they are colored. Reserve them.
3- In a saucepan, prepare the béchamel with the flour, salt, butter or margarine and milk. Reserve.
