- 300 gr. gluten-free sliced bread
- 1 and ½ l. milk
- 50 gr. of sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
1. The milk is heated with the sugar, the orange and lemon peel, and the cinnamon stick, until it starts to boil, so that it takes on flavor.
2. Once the milk is boiled, soak each slice of bread well, let the milk drain a little and bathe in beaten egg.
3. Oil is heated with another piece of orange peel in a frying pan. When it is hot, the shell can be removed.
